Slow Cooked To Perfection Berry Cobbler

My aunts were inviting themselves over for coffee and dessert a few weeks ago, and I instantly panicked. Don’t get me wrong, I love spending time with them, but usually I go to one of their houses.

They always make the best desserts and for some reason, the coffee is always better there. When Aunt Sally called and said they were coming to my house this time, I instantly started searching for a recipe that I could make in a snap.

See, they all stay home because they are retired. I still work part-time in the morning so I can’t stand in the kitchen baking something up before guests arrive. When I found this cobbler recipe on Group Recipes, I thought for sure the angels were answering my direct prayers.

That Thursday, I tossed everything together early in the morning and headed off to work. By the time I got home for lunch, the house smelled incredible. Shortly after, my guests arrived and I served them their snacks.

They were all very delighted with my abilities. Little do they know the slow cooker did all the work!
