Why You Shouldn’t Make These Biscuits

Make These At Your Own Risk

I bet you thought the headline was a joke. Nope, I really mean that. I honestly think if you are smart you should never, ever make these buttermilk biscuits. I made that mistake once, and I’ve made it several times after that already. It’s crazy and I know it’s so wrong, but I just can’t help myself! It’s like these biscuits are calling me and there’s no way I can resist them.

So why is it so bad, then, that I’m making these so often? Well, I suppose that’s not really the issue here. The problem is; when I’ve made these, I just sit down and eat.

Then I eat another one. And one more. Until they’re all gone. All of them! It’s ridiculous but these are just unbelievably tasty. You’ll know what I’m talking about, once you’ve made your first batch! Just don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Quick Tip: Biscuits taste best when fresh. However, you can make the dough ahead, form the biscuits and freeze them until ready to bake. No need to thaw, just bake a few minutes longer.
