I had a lot of people to feed so I doubled this recipe to make certain that there was enough for everyone to get a decent helping. Nobody walked away hungry I know that much. My husband and sister both liked this dish with a little hot sauce sprinkled on the top. It gives the dish a whole new zip! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Group Recipes:
“Both my hubby and son who are extremely picky eaters at times say this recipe is a keeper. Just whip up the ingredients, throw it in a pan, cover then put in the fridge til morning.”
Even all the kids loved this meal. You can certainly make it as simple or as complex as you want adding in your favorite vegetables and more meats.
