Breakfast is the most important meal of the day or so they say.
There are some mornings where I have the worst time trying to get my kiddos out of bed. I’ll call their names, shake them, turn on lights to no avail. However, when I have a breakfast casserole baking in the oven and the scent lingers upstairs into their rooms I don’t even have to try and wake them. They mostly end up wandering into the kitchen themselves. It’s like they become food zombies. It truly is amazing what food can do.
Amy Love has inspired us to make this delicious Amish ham and egg casserole because her photo of the food looks heavenly. I wish I could go through my computer screen and have myself a little taste. However, that won’t be necessary because this recipe is super easy to make all on my own.
