Ring The Bell Philly Cheese Steak Casserole

When I went off to college, me and my friends did whatever we could to travel the states whenever we were given the opportunity. We all worked minimum wage jobs, saved our money, and waited for holiday breaks to have our fun…unlike many of our co-eds. Anyway, it worked out ideally for us, and I think we are the ones that made the most of our college experience. One trip we took to Philadelphia allowed us the opportunity to see some pretty great, and very historical sites.

One of the things that I always looked forward to on these trips was sampling the local cuisine. Some spots had some really tasty dishes, while others I could have lived without. In Pennsylvania though, we had to try the traditional steak sandwiches.

They were just as good as everyone had bragged them up to be. Later on in life, I had a craving for one of those sandwiches so I typed in Philly steak sandwich to my search engine. Up popped this casserole on Group Recipes. I made it for my family and it was a huge hit.

Now it’s one of our regular menu items! I love having it because it reminds me of being young, wild, and free…. oh and it tastes amazing too!
