Red Carpet Lasagna Roll-Ups

There simply are no words that can describe how much I love lasagna. I could eat it pretty much every day and never get tired of it. When I went to a work luncheon and found these roll-ups on the table, the same feeling came over me that does when I get a raise…well almost. They looked so amazing, it made me want to eat the entire pan! My fellow co-workers were there though so of course I had to act professional, I only took two.

When I asked the Human Services director (she was in charge of catering) where they got these, she said she made them herself at home. Say what!?! I couldn’t believe it.

I said you have to e-mail me the recipe. She did that afternoon and I saw it came from Group Recipes. I made them for my family a few days later and the pan was cleaned almost right out.

They know my love for lasagna so they saved me one roll-up. I warmed it up later that night and it was just as good. Where have these been all my life?
