This Ravioli Definitely Didn’t Come From A Can!

When I was pregnant with my second child, I had some pretty strange cravings. One thing that I always wanted after every meal was a huge blueberry muffin. Okay, so that’s probably not so strange. What was weird though was I ate ravioli for lunch almost every single day. I couldn’t get enough of the stuff. I worked throughout my pregnancy though so I didn’t have time to make anything homemade.

That meant that every time my craving for this dish hit, I was busting out the can opener and firing up the microwave. Well, after I gave birth to a bouncing baby girl, those cravings went away. She grew and grew, and pretty soon she was ready for solid foods.

Of course, what was one thing that come to my mind…ravioli! Now that I was a stay at home mom, I wanted to try something different though. I found this recipe for crock pot ravioli on Group Recipes and just had to make it. It was so much better than the canned stuff!

And my cravings for ravioli have now returned knowing that this is my new option.
