Put Some Spice In Your Life Potato Wedges

Whenever my kids come home from school and tell me that they are starving…right…I don’t hesitate to throw these together for a quick snack. They fill them up until supper time and nobody ever complains that it isn’t what they wanted. I certainly don’t mind because I can sneak a few for myself. Sometimes, if they bring friends home, I will double the recipe just to be sure I have enough to go around. Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Group Recipes:

“These potato wedges are spectacular and put those store-bought frozen ones to shame. This recipe is quick and easy.”

You will never go back to froze, store-bought, or even fast food potato wedges again!

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil

4 medium-sized potatoes

1 tsp oregano

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 tsp hot chili flakes

3 tbsp grated Kraft Parmesan

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350F. Then clean your potatoes and cut them into thin slices (cut in half then each half should be cut into 6 wedges or so).

Put your wedges in a bowl with the olive oil and toss until olive oil is on all the wedges. Then add in your oregano chili flakes and salt and pepper.

Toss that up again. Pop those on a baking sheet then put them in the oven for 20 minutes. They should turn golden brown.

Once this happens, take them out and flip them over and bake for another 10 minutes. Then you can sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese if you like.
