I served this brie cheese pizza as an appetizer, but it can also be served as snack or dinner, depending on our menu plan. My friends loved it because they rarely use brie cheese in their dishes. This recipe also gave them another idea on how to make use of brie cheese. It’s a good recipe for anyone who loves a delicious and simple pizza meal.
Our friend over at Mr. Food has this to say about this recipe:
“This pizza delivers a surprising topping of brie cheese, which takes it to a new level! Our French bistro-inspired recipe turns an Italian-style classic into an international favorite.”
The first time I tasted brie cheese was when it’s served at one of the parties I attended. It’s in this ceramic dish, slightly melted, and there were nuts on top. It’s quite creamy and quite rich, and could be quite overwhelming. This pizza is a recipe that makes use of brie cheese perfectly.
