“Pinch My Cheeks” Peachy Keen Muffins

The last time I made peach muffins was probably about a year ago. It was during our family vacation to North Carolina. We went to the Outer Banks and on our way there we saw a fresh fruit stand and the owner was selling peaches galore. I grabbed myself a bag full and made peachy keen muffins while we were at the beach house. Only I would bake muffins during a family vacation haha! Everyone was happy that I did 🙂

These yummy peach muffins freeze up real well so don’t be afraid to make a double or even triple batch for the freezer. All you do place one or two in the microwave for 25 seconds and there you have it. Fesh and warm.

Quick Tip: Make a streusel topping and add it to the tops of these muffins before baking and create a lovely peach cobbler muffin. Yummo!
