My mom loves having guests over. She loves throwing parties and she loves just inviting a couple and their family over for dinner. Whatever the case may be, she just loves it. My mom has loads and loads of Pinterest boards full of ideas and options depending on what the occasion is, how many people are coming, what they like to eat, and for any allergies. She is so prepared, she can whip up anything you’d like at any given time.
My mom has a few signature dishes though. These are the ones that are easy for her to prepare, feed a crowd and do not require much of a mess while serving.
