Perfect Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches For Game Day!

Whenever I have to take a dish to pass at our family gatherings, my wife leaves it up to me. I am pretty good when it comes to slow cooker meals and this is a perfect dish when you have to take something to go. I toss this together and grab some yummy rolls from the bakery down the street. This is always one of the first pans that gets emptied. I don’t mind cooking when I know it will turn out this yummy! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at All Recipes:

Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 (17.5 fluid ounce) Frank’s bottle buffalo wing sauce, divided

1/2 (1 ounce) package Hidden Valley dry ranch salad dressing mix

2 tablespoons butter

6 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise

 

 

Instructions

Place the chicken breasts into a slow cooker, and pour in 3/4 of the wing sauce and the ranch dressing mix. Cover, and cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours.

Once the chicken has cooked, add the butter, and shred the meat finely with two forks. Pile the meat onto the hoagie rolls, and splash with the remaining buffalo wing sauce to serve.
