Party Time Garlic Chicken Bites

It was my uncle’s 70th birthday right around the corner, and nobody had anything planned for him yet. Me being the “Martha Stewart” of the family, as my mom puts it…I decided that I would host a party for him with just our close family and a few of his friends. In all, there would be about 30 of us that would be there. Not huge, but not a small crowd either. As part of my party planning talents, I too had to come up with the menu of course. I started right from the beginning checking for simple appetizers.

Granted, I wanted to show my uncle how much I appreciated and wanted to celebrate him, what I didn’t want was to spend the whole time cooking. I found this recipe on Group Recipes so decided I would give them a chance.

Who doesn’t like chicken bites? They went over really well! They were gone before the main entree was served, but I think everyone got to at least try some. Next time I will have to make a bigger batch!
