Looking for a fish dish? Try this parmesan crusted walleye, kid!
When it comes to fish you either love it or you hate it. I, personally, love it! Now, there are some fish that I prefer over others. Walleye happens to be one of them. I guess the only fish I really don’t care for would be catfish. I think catfish taste a bit too “fishy”. My grandma made a delicious parmesan crusted walleye that was so good it actually won an award at a county fair cookoff. However, when my mama gave the recipe a shot she blew us all away! Sorry, grandma!
The following recipe is from the Melady Cooks food blog and it’s very simple to make. Audrey, the owner of the blog, details a delicious way to make this dish and it tastes just the way my mom made hers!
