Hi ya’ll, how have you been? Are you as ready for spring to arrive as I am?
The snow is slowly melting here up North and I am so looking forward to the BBQ season. I know some of you are lucky and you get to BBQ all year long! I certainly can’t – not unless I want to stand out there, freezing in the knee-deep snow, wearing so many layers of clothing that it’s impossible to actually do anything.
Since the BBQ stuff is out of the question for a while longer, I’ve been searching for other delicious dinner recipes. The kiddos have been begging me to make pasta – for some reason, I’ve been cooking a lot of potato and rice dishes lately. So I made it my mission to find a great new spaghetti recipe to try!
