When I graduated from high school, I started working right away that summer. After I started making some money, I didn’t really love the idea of going to college, but away I went. Once I got settled in, I went to a restaurant/deli type thing down the street from my dorm and got a job. It wasn’t a tough gig.
I just had to make a few sandwiches every day and serve up fresh soups and chili. That was the first time I came across taco soup, like this one from All Recipes. That was the only time that I had ever had eaten that mouthwatering delicious soup until I found this recipe so many years later.
I made it at home with high hopes, and I was pleasantly surprised at how it turned out. I topped it with the cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips as suggested and wow! It was amazing. I’ll be keeping this real close for sure.
