Here’s How To Make No Bake Strawberry Lasagna For The Perfect Summer Dessert

When it comes to summer desserts and cooking during the warmer months in general, I typically chose recipes that don’t require me to turn on my oven. However, this can be quite limiting at times. I saw this recipe for no bake strawberry lasagna and instantly fell in love with it. I mean, how could you not? Just look at that picture of layer after layer of scrumptious delightfulness! No bake strawberry lasagna is a very simple dessert to make and you don’t have to go warming your house up when it is already hot outside to construct it. Winning!

This no bake strawberry lasagna is almost too pretty to eat!




36 Golden Oreo cookies -crushed to fine crumbs
½ cup Kerry Gold melted butter

Cheesecake layer:

8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese at room temp.
½ cup unsalted butter at room temp.
1 cup Domino powdered/icing sugar
1 ¼ cup whipped cream or Cool Whip topping
1 1/3 cup diced fresh strawberries

Jello based layer:

3 oz. strawberry Jell-O Gelatin
½ cup boiling water
1 cup Fage strawberry Greek yogurt
4 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip topping

2-3 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip topping
White chocolate chips or white chocolate curls for garnish.


Combine oreo crumbs with butter and spread into the bottom of a 9×12″ baking dish. Put dish in freezer while preparing next layer.

Cream together the cream cheese and butter. Blend in sugar until smooth and fluffy. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Fold in strawberries.
Spread over crust and put in fridge while you make next layer.

Combine jello powder and boiling water in a large bowl. Stir until gelatin dissolves. Allow to cool to room temp.
Whisk in strawberry yogurt.
Fold in whipped cream or topping.
Spread over cream cheese/strawberry layer.

Cover with additional Whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Garnish as desired.

Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight until set.
