You Never Knew Asparagus Could Taste Like This!

Every spring, there are several things that happen where I come from. The birds start chirping every morning, the snow melts, the flowers start to blossom, and we go asparagus picking!

This stuff grows wild all around us. All we have to do is jump in the car and take a short drive and before you know it, we’re jumping back out to get some fresh asparagus out of the ditch.

Now that might sound funny to you, but to us it’s tradition. And the stuff is delicious. The only problem is, we always end up with more of the vegetable than we know what to do with.

That’s why I was so happy when I found this recipe on Group Recipes. It allowed me to try something else then grilled, baked, or boiled versions of this tasty treat. Everyone loved this when I made it after one of our hunts.

This is a recipe that we will continue to enjoy year after year with our fresh treasures.
