Mom’s Five-Minute Shrimp Remind Me Of The Comforts Of Home

Mom saves the day! Like literally always saves the day most especially when it comes to food. There was a month that I thought I wouldn’t be able to do a lot of things I was supposed to do. I had to call Mom if she could stay over for a few days because I really felt like my head would explode from all the things I needed to do. It wasn’t about my job. While my job was taking my time, I loved doing it so it wasn’t a problem.

It was about the social calls from my friends. Two of them were getting married and I was part of the organizing committee! Without Mom, I would have starved and I would have lost a lot of clients.

While I was busy with my work and with organizing the weddings, she was there to answer the calls from the landline, she was there to cook for me, and she was there to accept all mails. Amidst all of the chaos called my life, I was able to have one relaxing dinner with her involving her easy shrimp recipe.

She told me she prepared it in under ten minutes and that she would teach me that once my head was clear. She wasn’t able to because I forgot to pester her about it, but I did find this similar recipe which I could share with you! This one is a five-minute shrimp recipe!
