Mexican pasta is my new go-to meal!
My entire family loves to eat Mexican food but sometimes we get tired of tacos and enchiladas. I know, who in the world tires of tacos and enchiladas? Well, we do, because we have them so frequently. Last night, I wanted to change things up a bit and create a different kind of Mexican meal. That’s when I came across this recipe on the Melady Cooks food blog for Mexican pasta. It’s sort of like Italian and Mexican cuisine fell in love and got married.
