Make Memories With Mexican Stuffed Shells And Good Conversation

My husband and I don’t get out very often.

With three little kids running around, it’s never easy to go any place for some adult time. Besides family, nobody really wants three little booger pickers running around their house either. So, needless to say, we spend a lot of time at home. We were lucky one day last year when some friends of ours actually invited us over for dinner, with our kids. They have little ones too so I guess they were probably feeling like us, lonely.

They had a nice section blocked off in the upstairs family room where all of our kids could safely play with one another while we had some adult time. It was an amazing experience. What was even more amazing, was when my friend Sara pulled these Mexican stuffed shells out of the oven.

My mouth instantly started watering. They looked amazing! She said she found the recipe on Facebook and she would write it down for me if I wanted. After that first bite, I handed her a piece of paper and a pen. Yum!
