This is also the ideal breakfast for holidays and other special occasions. Whenever I let my husband pick what he wants for breakfast, he always requests this hearty casserole. It is so ooey, gooey, delicious, and filling you really can’t go wrong with it. I will often times leave half plain and put the vegetables in the other half just to please the children. Ingredients
1 bag frozen Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes o brien
1 can Campbell’s cream of chicken soupshopping list
2 cups Daisy sour cream
1 large white onion chopped
1 small can green chilies
1 stick butter melted
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
Place in well greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
