A delicious red velvet pound cake that is almost too pretty to eat…almost.
I absolutely LOVE red velvet cake. The color, the texture, the taste. It’s all uh-mazing. However, I’d never had red velvet cake in any other form other than, well, cake. So, when I came across this recipe for red velvet pound cake on the Making Memories With Your Kids blog, I was pretty enthralled by it. Pound cake is quite a bit denser than regular cake and I really like this feature. You can literally slice this cake into a big ‘ol chuck that resembles sandwich bread, pile on some butter, and enjoy! Personally, I like to lay the slice on a plate and mound on some vanilla ice cream. Delicious!
I want to give a mega shout out to one of my fave food blogs, Making Memories With Your Kids, for sharing this yummy recipe with us.
