Here’s a yummy tater dish no-one will be able to resist! It is so scrumptious, savory and mouthwatering that anyone and everyone trying it, will forever be addicted to this dish. It makes the perfect side dish to any entree you’re serving, but with the sauce it’s definitely hearty enough to be served for lunch or dinner on its own. I’ve even made these for breakfast, and my husband sure wasn’t complaining!

In fact, if you’d like to serve a nice brunch for overnight guests, just pair these with scrambled eggs and toast. Or make a double batch of these for dinner and have the leftovers for lunch the next day. I always do that!

In my opinion, these will turn out best if you are using a cast iron skillet. But that’s what I always say because I love my cast iron cookware so much… You can certainly make these in a regular frying pan, if preferred.

My husband had his doubts about the yogurt sauce when I told him what I was making, but as soon as he took his first bite, he was sold. It’s absolutely divine!
