Looking For A Belly-Blessing Casserole? Give This Meatloaf Tater Surprise A Try!

Have you ever made a casserole so good that you felt like slapping yourself to make sure you weren’t actually asleep and experiencing a dream? Well, folks, this is that casserole. You’re going to love it! I know that my entire family was ecstatic about this meatloaf casserole and everyone had seconds. We even heated the leftovers up for lunch the next day and they were even better the second time around! This recipe is certainly a keeper in my book. How about yours?

 

My husband loves this casserole! He’s a big meatloaf fan and he really liked the mashed potatoes mixed in with everything. I’ll definitely be making this dish again!

 

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef

1 garlic clove, minced

1 (10oz) can Campbell’s condensed vegetable soup

1 (10oz) can condensed mushroom soup

1 tbsp. Heinz Worcestershire sauce

2 c. instant potato flakes (plus butter & milk to prepare them)

Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the beef and garlic until done. Drain well.

Add soups and Worcestershire to meat and stir to blend. Transfer to an oven-safe dish.

Prepare instant potatoes according to package directions. Spoon cooked potatoes around the edge of the meat mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through
