Leave Mama’s Meatloaf Recipe Behind!

There is a bit of a trick to cooking with your crock pot, so if you aren’t familiar with yours, make sure that you don’t stray to far away from it while this is cooking. The time and temperature are just guidelines, because I don’t think that there are two slow cookers out there that cook the same way. As long as you keep peeking at it, you’ll know when it’s done, and you and your loved ones will enjoy this delicious dish for dinner tonight! There really is no better meatloaf than this one. You won’t make it any other way ever again!

 

Ingredients

1.5 lbs ground beef

2 eggs

3/4 cup milk

1 cup bread crumbs

2 tsp chopped onion

1/2 ts sage

Glaze:

1/4 cup Heinz ketchup

2 T Domino brown sugar

1 tsp Heinz mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire

 

 

Instructions

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.

Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, and sage.

Crumble in beef and mix well.

Form beef mixture into a round loaf in the center of the crock pot, with space between the loaf and the edge.

In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire.

Spoon the glaze over the loaf.

Cook on low 6 hours.
