Ingredients

1 medium head of cabbage shredded (I use about half of it)
1 large onion chopped
5-6 c Uncle Ben’s cooked rice
Instructions

Prep: Shred cabbage. Chop onions.

Cook onion over medium-high heat in a bit of butter until translucent. Add cabbage and cook until soft.

Place cabbage mixture and rice in a greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow cooking another 5 minutes under the broiler for a nice, brown, crispy top.
