Kickin’ Cajun Potato Salad – This Recipe Really Packs A Punch!

My brother and his wife were finally coming back from being overseas for several years.

We were so excited to have him home. I decided that we would host a BBQ at our house to welcome them home. It was a great turnout. Everyone in the whole family and even some friends showed up to show their love and support. It was really one of the best days of my life. I wanted to make the menu match up with what their favorite foods were, so that was a huge part of planning.

I wanted to keep things close to a classic BBQ, but with an added flare. I know how much my brother and sister-in-law love shrimp, so when I saw this recipe on Recipes For Our Daily Bread, I knew it was made just for them. I didn’t hesitate to put the ingredients on my shopping list.

It was really easy to put this together, and they all loved it. I probably could have made a double batch because it was gone by the end of the party. Next time I’ll have to do just that!

Quick Tip: You could also use crab meat in here instead of shrimp.
