Keep Your Hands Off My French Onion Soup!

Back in high school, me and my friends couldn’t wait for the final bell to ring at school not only so that we could out of that building, but so we could go enjoy some relaxation time down the street at the small restaurant was there. Whenever we would go in, we would always talk about our day at school, the boys we were crushing on, our plans for the future, it really was some of the most memorable times of my past. At that restaurant, we would grab a milkshake, plate of fries, or on the days when they had it, I always ordered their french onion soup.

It was the most divine soup that I ever tasted. After I moved away, I could never find that soup anywhere. I found a recipe similar to what I used to get on All Recipes and I couldn’t wait to try it at home. It was just as good as what I remember getting back in my high school days.

It was so amazing in fact, I had a hard time sharing it with anyone at my house. Of course, I did though. My family all loved it. My husband requests this pretty regularly now and I’m A-Okay with that!
