Welp, folks, I have a surprise for you! Today, we will be making no-bake chocolate haystack cookie balls. These yummy little balls of joy are very simple to make and they taste amazing. In fact, they are so easy to toss together you can enlist the help of your youngsters. I don’t know about your kids but mine littles love to help out in the kitchen.
Some folks like to enjoy these haystacks cookie balls without the chocolate (Who are these people?!?!) and with peanut butter, instead. Me? I like to mix the chocolate and peanut butter together for a Reese’s haystack cookie ball.
When using peanut butter, opt for a pressed peanut flour instead of the traditional creamy version. This will help you keep the measurements the same as the cocoa. I found this awesome recipe over on Facebook and boy, am I EVER glad that I did!
