I don’t know about you folks but if you’re anything like me then you are probably head over heels for creamy, rich chicken meals.
I love shredded chicken breasts smothered in cream cheese and other yummy things. This recipe may not be the healthiest dinner option on the block but it’s filling and easy to make. And hey, if you eat things like this in moderation, you’ll be ok, kid. My husband and children are quite partial to this creamy, Italian Crock Pot Chicken. They enjoy spooning it over hot cooked noodles.
When it comes to meals like this my husband is very easy to please. He’ll eat creamy shredded chicken over noodles or mashed potatoes. One thing that I really like about this recipe is how easy it is to throw together.
It’s a set it and forget it sort of meal and that’s exactly what you get to do. One thing you have to keep an eye out for is the sauce scorching to the sides and bottom of the Crock Pot. My slow cooker tends to get way too hot even if I set it on the warm setting. I think there must be a defect in it somewhere. Enjoy!
