My husband had invited his friend from work along with his friend’s wife over for dinner one night. I just love when he does that, especially seeings that he never cooks. I don’t mind doing it, but I am always at a loss of what to make. That can’t be more true when I don’t know the people that I am going to be serving. I don’t want to give them something that they aren’t going to like…they probably won’t get a good first impression.
When I looked at my husband with the deer in the headlights eyes, he said, “Make that ravioli, He always wants some when I take in leftovers.” I knew exactly what he was talking about. It was a recipe that I found on All Recipes and it was so easy and yummy.
Thankfully our first time guests thought so too. I just reminded my husband gently, next time he wants to have friends over, ask me first so I can get ready!
