Hot Or Cold…Everyone Loves Cheddar Chicken!

On my first date with my now wife, we decided that we would have a picnic in the park. She said that she was an excellent cook, and I had to see it for myself. I didn’t have any problem with her preparing us a nice meal to enjoy on a beautiful summer day.

She showed up looking just adorable with a little basket full of food. I brought the blanket to sit on and a small radio for some background music. When she opened the basket, the delicious aroma of chicken and cheese reached my noise.

I couldn’t wait to try a bite! Much to my satisfaction, she was right! She was a great cook. The cheddar baked chicken was much like this recipe that I found on All Recipes.

It was warm, but not hot when we ate it and it was still so moist and delicious. She paired it with a nice coleslaw that day, but we have had it dozens of times since then.

My favorite way to eat it now is with rice and broccoli, but no matter how my wife makes it, it’s always good.
