Homemade Pizza Can’t Be This Easy! Can It..?

My family loves pizza. And by love, I mean LOVE! We grew up eating pizza at least once a week, if not more.  I know many would say that is unhealthy, but I mean, we turned out pretty fine. Hahaha! Anyway, when we were little, we were so obsessed with Italian food and the amazing culture, my parents packed us up and took us to Italy for two weeks to get to know the country, experience new things, and understand the culture.

It was the vacation of a lifetime. Now, I will tell you…It was so different.  Everything was more different than I imagined it to be.

It was older, more run down and dirtier than I imagined it up to be.  However, at the same time, it was just as beautiful (if not more so!) than I thought it to be.  It had so much life and beauty hidden deep within every building.

Now, when we went to try the food we realized one thing: pizza is made differently in America.  Pizza in Italy is very thin, has loads of sauce and little cheese.  We do everything opposite.  Which reminds me… this recipe is the opposite, but so absolutely delicious!
