This Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette Would Make Even Grass And Pebbles Taste Awesome!

I Don’t Mind Eating Salad All Week Long, If I Can Drizzle It With This Stupendous Sauce

I didn’t make any New Year’s resolutions but there is one thing I always do, this time of year. After all that holiday food I start eating healthy again.

It’s not a problem since I happen to love all kinds of salads and lean soups. However, I know from experience that by the end of my second week into this “healthier lifestyle”, I feel like I never want to see another salad, ever again. I guess I have myself to blame for that. I’m a lazy salad maker – which means I just always grab some lettuce, chop up a tomato and some cucumber, and that’s pretty much it. No wonder it gets boring!

Recently I have been looking into new kind of salad recipes but also interesting sauces, that would make any salad taste delicious. This homemade balsamic vinaigrette from Rockin Robin Cooks is exactly like that! When I found Robin’s recipe, I immediately knew I was going to love it. And it’s really easy to make!

I’m going to have no trouble at all sticking to my diet this year! Thank you, Robin, for helping me out!
