Here’s An Easy Way To Get Creamy Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo Served Up

This was one of the first times I was ever able to get my kids to eat broccoli. I think it was the creaminess of the alfredo sauce that they really liked. I found them scraping their broccoli through it before popping the pieces in their mouth. It went over so well in fact, we didn’t have a single noodle left in the pan. This is going to be a regular menu item at our house! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at All Recipes:

“My 12 year old daughters made this and it turned out amazing.”

This recipe is so easy to follow, even your kids can make it!

Ingredients

2 cups broccoli

1 tablespoon Morton salt

1 pound fettuccine pasta

1 (16 ounce) jar Claissco four-cheese Alfredo sauce

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon ground black pepper (optional)

3 tablespoons grated Kraft Parmesan cheese, or more to taste

Instructions

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook broccoli in the boiling water until bright green and tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain.

Fill a large pot with water; add salt and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in fettuccine, bring back to a boil, and cook pasta, stirring 2 to 3 times using tongs, over medium heat until cooked through but still firm to the bite, about 10 to 12 minutes. Drain and return pasta to pot.

Mix broccoli, Alfredo sauce, butter, and black pepper into pasta using tongs. Transfer fettuccine Alfredo to a serving bowl and top with Parmesan cheese.
