Hands down, fall is my favorite season of the year. I love the changing colors of the leaves, the crisp air, and the baked goods! I have to make sure I stay consistent with my workout DVDs during this time because I don’t feel like becoming the size of a Buick due to all the yummy treats. Yes, I’m a mega fan of pumpkin goodies. Pumpkin is simply delicious, just like this easy to make cake.

Did you know that you only need 2 ingredients to make the cake portion of this recipe? Yellow cake mix and canned pumpkin puree. That’s it. I think that’s pretty dang amazing, don’t you? I guess you can think of this as a sort of dump cake.
