These serve up nicely next to potato chips or french fries. In reality though, they really are a meal in themselves. If we are having this for a quick lunch, a sandwich is all I have to feed my loved ones. Everyone is always more than full. Sometimes they even have to push away before the plate is cleared these are so hearty. Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Spend with Pennies:

“I am not kidding when I say these are the BEST grilled cheese sandwiches ever!  Crispy bread, ooey gooey cheese and a crunch from the sliced pickles.”

This recipe is only for one sandwich so make sure you get enough to feed your entire crew! They will thank you.
