Granola bars are simple and easy to make from home.
I am a homeschooling mama of three wonderful kiddos. Since my kids are home with me all day we typically go through quite a few snacks. I try to keep their treats as healthy as possible. One of the things they enjoy eating most are granola bars, but I noticed the store-bought kind is loaded with sugar and other weird ingredients. So, I decided to seek out a recipe that allowed me to make my own.
What’s the “twist”? You get to use cereal in this recipe and it works out amazingly well! I found this recipe over on the Bless Us O Lord food blog and I couldn’t be happier with it.
