Grandma’s Orange Dream Fluff: It’s Delightful!

Stuff your face with this amazing fluff and you’ll be on cloud 9!

I remember going to many church potlucks as a kid and always seeing some sort of fruit fluffy salad on the table. The colors of these salads are what stick out in my mind the most. They were always some form of pretty pastel like pink, green, and orange. Of course, as a young girl, the thing I liked most about these salads was the marshmallows, especially the mini ones. Yum! My mother used to yell at me and tell em to stop picking out the marshmallows and eat the rest of the dessert, too. LOL, I can happily report that now as an adult, I eat all of the ingredients, especially that yummy fruit!

This creamy salad can be made year round, so fresh, summertime flavors can be enjoyed no matter what the weather is like outside. Orange Cream Fruit Salad is a delicious side dish that is sure to become a family favorite.

This recipe uses mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and bananas as its main ingredients. Feel free to mix up the fruit in this salad and include your own personal preferences. Serve this salad as a side dish for dinner, or bring it along to a large get-together. The sweet and creamy fruit combination is guaranteed to be a huge success. – Recipe Lion

Have you ever tried making this with marshmallow fluff/creme mixed in? If you always have success and people trying the recipe sometimes find it soupy, they may not be draining their fruit sufficiently. I think when I make this I’ll use crushed pineapple and press the juice out through a seive. It sounds so delicious and I love all things orange.

500ml cottage cheese, 1 small peach jello powder, 1 can drained mandarin oranges Mix. Then fold in 1 large tug of Cool Whip. Insanely good too. Easy Peasy.
