My Grandma is one of the sweetest people that I know. She always is so tender and kind…willing to feed a group of hungry grandkids whenever they took over her house. Usually, she made the traditional casseroles, stews, and quick meals that kids love. When we got a little older though, she thought she would put a little pep on our plates. The day she served us this spicy chicken casserole my jaw nearly hit the floor.
It was something like I had never tasted…especially coming from her kitchen. She said that she found a recipe on Recipe Lion and she just wanted to try something different. I’m glad that she stepped outside of her comfort zone though.
It was one of the best tasting chicken dishes I had ever had. I got that recipe from her and served it to my husband later on in life. It was just as I remembered. He loves spicy too so he gobbled this right up. It’s a must try.

Quick Tip: Try it with beef instead of chicken.
