Good Morning, Beautiful! Let’s Have Biscuits And Gravy Casserole :)

If you like classic biscuits and gravy then you are going to love this biscuits and gravy breakfast casserole. It’s ten times easier to make, too! Plus, the clean-up is so super easy. If I really want to be lazy I’ll just allow the pan to soak in hot soapy dishwater until I’m ready to clean it. I don’t do that sort of thing very often but when you’re entertaining guests you sometimes have too.

I am expecting my family to come to our home here in Pennsylvania from Michigan and Florida and I am definitely going to make them this hearty breakfast casserole.

Ingredients

10 oz tube of Pillsbury buttermilk biscuit dough

6 Eggland’s Best eggs

1 pkg powdered gravy pouch

1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage, any flavor

1 c Kraft cheese, shredded

1/2 c TruMoo milk

Morton salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Take a 13×9-in pan and spray with cooking spray (or smear with butter). Cut biscuit dough into 1″ pieces, and line the bottom of the pan.

Brown the sausage & drain.

Scatter the browned sausage over the biscuit pieces, then top with shredded cheese.
Whisk eggs and milk with a pinch of salt and pepper, then pour over the pan.
Make gravy according to instructions, and pour over the pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes, depending on how hot your oven runs.

Cut and serve. It’s delicious warm right out of the oven!
