Garlic Fried Chicken So Good You’ll Want To Run Home To Mom!

My son was getting married last summer, and for some reason, being the crazy lady that I am, I decided that I would do all the cooking. They didn’t have a lot of money to hire a caterer so it was my wedding gift to my baby boy and my new daughter. I knew that chicken was going to be on the menu, I just didn’t know what kind. I wanted something tasty, simple, and affordable, but I didn’t want it to seem like I was trying to be cheap.

When I found this recipe on Group Recipes, I knew that it was going to set the meal off perfectly. It had everything I was looking for. Besides that, my son loves garlic and chicken so I knew he would be thrilled. Me and a few of my best friends got to work on this early in the day.

It was a smaller wedding, about 100 people or so, and it really wasn’t too hard to do with all of us helping. We just tossed it in roasters to stay warm and the guests devoured it. We ran out unfortunately, but we had plenty of other sides to go around. Everyone had a good time and nobody went home hungry so that’s all that mattered!
