This Garbage Bread Ain’t One To Throw Away

I love when I find a cool recipe that I have never heard of, make it and it turns out to be a new favorite.  That is what happened with this garbage bread. I remember being at my neighbor Anne’s house while she was home with her kiddos and husband (my husband was working that evening) and they told me they made loads of food and wanted me to come over to have dinner with them.

Well, seeing that I was alone, I realized I might as well go and spend time with them for the evening. When I got there, Anne had whipped up an amazing batch of garbage bread.  Now, that sounds like I knew what that was.

I did not.  I had never even heard of it at the time.  I thought it would be something weird stuffed with leftovers that no one wanted, but it turns out I was so wrong.

Anne makes this once a week for the family and everyone LOVES it.  It can be stuffed with any filling (she made bacon cheeseburger garbage bread) and baked at any time to enjoy a quick and easy, yet totally delicious dinner!  This one is definitely a keeper!
