Fill In The Blank Slow Cooker Casserole

It was nearing the end of the week, and I always went and did the grocery shopping on Fridays. I wanted to do a slow cooker meal because I had all my Spring cleaning to get done that day. I like to cook, but I wouldn’t have time to spend in the kitchen if I wanted to finish all my chores.

When I found this recipe on Group Recipes, I knew it was the answer to my day. There were so many options that I was guaranteed to have everything on the ingredients list already in the kitchen. After a quick inventory, I found that I was right.

The instructions were so simple, I had this tossed together in a few minutes. My husband got home from work and said, “Boy, you’ve been busy! Cooking, cleaning, the whole shot!” Sure I’ll take it.

I didn’t say much, just served him his bowl of this crock pot casserole. He of course gobbled it right down. Now that I know how easy this is and how much he likes it, I’m sure we will be having it frequently from now on…and that’s A-okay by me!
