Feed Your Flair For Flavor With This Lemon, Rosemary, And Mushroom-Chicken-Potato Bake

Main dishes are supposed to be the star of the show. If compared to a blockbuster movie, they’re supposed to be the supporting cast and not the main casts. They’re meant to make the story progress in different directions, but they’re not supposed to be the focus of the story. The main star should be the main course. And most of the time, the main course involves any type of meat or pasta.

These lemon rosemary potatoes though became an instant star of the night when it was served to us. And guests flocked towards it like hungry lions craving for food! My friend, who was hosting the dinner, didn’t expect the side dish to be the main star of the show.

But she just found herself making another batch. It’s a good thing they’re a bit easy to prepare. They became one of the main course because of the guests’ reaction to them.

I was one of those who were guilty of paying too much attention to them, but then again, you can’t blame me! They’re really savory and oh so good! I was too shy to ask for the recipe from her, but I found this over at Tasty Kitchen and I swear they taste the same! Enjoy!
