Fargo Hot Dish: A Family Favorite, Dontcha Know!

I am always on the prowl for new recipes that will win over the hearts of my picky eaters.

You see, when you have a handful of kids and a husband, you aren’t always going to make a meal that all of them like, simultaneously. Unless…you make them Fargo hot dish casserole. I don’t even know how to describe this miraculous mealtime savior other than it sort of reminds me of a shepherd’s pie. Both my hubby and kids enjoyed this yummy casserole and have repeatedly asked me to make it again. Win for team mom!

So, the process of putting this casserole together is seriously simple and you can even make it ahead by putting all of the ingredients into a casserole dish and storing it in the fridge until you are ready to bake it. I did this on a Saturday night before so the casserole could quickly be baked after church.

I am super impressed by it, too. I mean, the combination of flavors in this dish are nothing less than stellar. You have got to give this hot dish a try!

No 🙂 Somewhere down the line our writers must have been confused about truMoo and that it only makes flavored milk. Please use plain, white milk 🙂

Get u on the wrong side of the bed? have you ever thought it possible that perhaps She is just learning how to cook? No question is stupid if you don’t know the answer. What’s stupid is not asking the question it in the first place! You are just rude.

You can use spaghetti instead of noodles, I have basically the same recipe made with spaghetti. I put mushrooms in also, omit the spinach if you don’t like it.
