Have You Ever Eaten Stuffed Cabbage Cake Before?

This Is MIND-BLOWING!

It seems to me that most people either really hate, or really love cabbage. I’ve always loved it; my grandmother’s incredible cabbage roll recipe is one of my earliest childhood food related memories. She used to pour dark syrup on top of the stuffed rolls and they turned into these heavenly, caramelized things when baked in the oven. My mouth is watering, just thinking about it!

Even though I really love grandma’s recipe, I recently came across something so mind-blowing that I had to share it with you. A stuffed cabbage cake! I know, it’s insane! But this awesome cake that my sister-in-law had made looked so crazy good that I knew immediately I would fall in love with it.

I did, and so did my whole family. You should have seen my husband’s face when I told him we were having cake for dinner. He obviously thought I was kidding, haha! But when I brought in the stuffed cabbage cake, everyone was going “ooo” and “aah” and “what is that Mom??”
