Dang! This Dish Is Fantastic!

There was this one reunion where we had to host a group of college sophomores. It was accidental. One of my younger cousins just passed by to see us, bringing some of her friends who were going on a road trip with her. However, just before they left, the Jeep they were riding had a flat tire. The owner’s spare was flat too for some reason. So instead of going on a road trip, they ended up joining our family reunion.

It was quite fun though. It’s been a few years since I was able to feel this carefree. College days for me were the most memorable and seeing them just brought back a few of those memories.

The group of college classmates ended up sleeping in the house too. The next day, we had to think of something that would feed the large crowd; something that’s easy and delicious. We decided on a chicken stir fry because no one will be able to resist a good chicken recipe and it’s also so easy to prepare.

It was a hit! The youngsters loved the recipe. We served it with rice along with a dessert pie that one of my aunts baked. If you like the recipe for this chicken stir fry, you can find it on the next page. Enjoy!

Quick Tip: If using Kikkoman brand soy sauce, consider using the low sodium option because otherwise this may be too salty.
