Dance The Night Away Wedding Potatoes

I know why now they call these Wedding Potatoes. I would marry them if I could! They are so easy to make and everyone at my dinner table loves them. They have become a regular menu item at our house. We always need potatoes to fill up on at our large family gatherings. I have started to bring these so that we can have something different than mashed or scalloped. They disappear fast!
